Triple Crown Sports has announced its broadcast schedule for 2017, which places several high-profile baseball, fastpitch and volleyball events on ESPN3, along with a continuing relationship with CBS Sports Network.
The U.S. Club Nationals in East Cobb, GA will see ESPN3 broadcasting both the 13u and 14u championship games on July 22. Four separate events during the Colorado Sparkle and Fireworks fastpitch event (June 28-29) will be available on ESPN3, as will the 16u and 18u championship games at the TC/USA Nationals in Austin, TX. Games can be accessed through WatchESPN.com or the WatchESPN app; there is no charge as long as you go through your affiliated service provider.
The increasingly popular Triple Crown Volleyball NIT played three championship matches on ESPN3.
New to the Triple Crown lineup in 2017 is the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge which was played in February on ESPN3/ESPNU and featured then No. 1 Oklahoma and No. 2 Auburn in an early-season matchup. The National Invitational Softball Championship and National Invitational Volleyball Championship will air on ESPN3.
CBS Sports Network will again handle the basketball productions. CBSSN will televised the Postseason WNIT final in April, the Preseason NIT final in November, as well as four games from Mexico in the Cancun Challenge.
